Music meets adventure as the Bicol Music Festival 2025 sets the Legazpi Festival Grounds ablaze with sound, lights, and cultural pride. This year’s festival is not just a concert—it’s a full-blown celebration of Filipino identity, global connection, and regional tourism.
A collaboration between the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) and Live Nation Philippines (LNPH), the festival aims to put Bicol on the global entertainment map by combining powerhouse performances with regional charm. The initiative is part of a broader push to champion concert tourism, turning scenic locales into world-class stages that welcome fans from around the Philippines and beyond.
A Stellar Lineup

Headlining this year’s electrifying roster are P-pop royalty SB19, returning K-drama star Kim Jisoo, and multi-talented Korean actor and singer Kim Won Shik. They’ll be joined by emerging Filipino singer-songwriter Earl Agustin, alongside local breakout acts dwta and Fred Engay—making the festival a blend of global star power and homegrown talent.
Kim Jisoo’s return is particularly noteworthy, following a widely praised performance in Bicol last December that sparked massive online buzz and ticket demand.
More Than Music
This year’s Bicol Music Festival is more than just a party—it’s a movement. With support from TPB and LNPH, the event showcases how music festivals can drive economic growth, inspire cultural exchange, and boost local tourism.
Beyond the stage, the festival will serve as a filming location for a new mini travel series titled Be Cool, starring Kim Jisoo, Sassa Gurl, Bey Pascua, and Richard Juan. The series is set to premiere on GMA 7 on June 21 and 28, with exclusive digital content airing on TPB’s and GMA’s social platforms.
