HONOR officially debuts the Magic V5, its most powerful and slimmest foldable smartphone yet.
A bold leap in smartphone innovation, the new HONOR Magic V5 has been unveiled in China, setting a new benchmark as the world’s thinnest foldable phone. With just 8.8mm folded and an astounding 4.1mm when unfolded (Ivory White variant), it now holds the title previously owned by the OPPO Find N5.

The Magic V5 sports a striking eight-curve body paired with a 3D diamond-cut frame, taking design cues from both Eastern minimalism and Western sophistication. Color options include Ivory White, Black, Dawn Gold, and Reddish Brown, each weighing only 217g to 220g.

Built with HONOR’s proprietary Luban Suspension Hinge, the V5 is lab-tested to endure 500,000 folds. Reinforced with a carbon fiber plate and aerospace-grade dual fiber layers, it’s 40 times more impact-resistant than standard foldables, according to the brand.

Opening the V5 reveals a stunning 7.95” OLED inner display (2,352 x 2,176) and a 6.43” OLED cover screen (2,376 x 1,060). Both panels offer:
