Celebrating Filipino identity means more than just looking back on history—it’s about embracing the values, creativity, and resilience that define who we are today. Independence Day is a powerful reminder of the freedom that allows us to express ourselves through art, culture, and everyday life.
As the Philippines marks its 127th Independence Day, Araneta City proudly presents “PARA KAY JUAN” — a vibrant tribute to Filipino pride, spirit, and creativity. Through a dynamic lineup of events, the City of Firsts celebrates our rich heritage and highlights the talents and stories of the Filipino people.
