A detailed Solaire California Wine Dinner welcomes diners
Finestra at Solaire Resort Entertainment City prepares a focused dining night through the Solaire California Wine Dinner. The event happens on November 27 at 6 PM. The dinner highlights the best of Napa Valley, Mendocino, and Los Carneros. Each course aligns with the region’s clean flavors and strong winemaking identity.

Executive Chef Andrea Spagoni builds a six course menu that highlights taste, clarity, and technique. The night begins with Rockefeller Oysters matched with Chenin Blanc Norgard Vineyard 2020 from Napa Mendocino. The pairing sets a fresh start.
The Boston Lobster Cake follows. Chili mayo adds controlled heat. The Chardonnay Private Reserve 2022 from Beringer supports the course with brightness. The Roasted Duck Breast sits at the center of the third course. Squash and ginger honey glaze add balance. Pinot Noir Heritage 2021 from Black Stallion Estate builds a smooth pairing.
Patagonian Toothfish adds a shift in flavor. The chicken liver glaze and dried apricot give the dish depth and contrast. Cabernet Franc Ophelia 2021 aligns well with the dish. The U.S. Prime Tenderloin with baked Idaho potato brings a rich main course. Cambium 2016 from Sequoia Grove supports the strong flavors.
Dessert closes the meal with Dark Chocolate Pie, cherries, caramel walnut, and Napa ice cream. Bucephalus Red Wine 2019 from Black Stallion Estate delivers a stable and rich finish.
The event speaks to guests who enjoy clean flavor, strong pairings, and refined dining. Finestra builds the night to reflect quality and focus. Guests may reserve seats by calling (02) 8888 8888 or emailing restaurantevents@solaireresort.com
