Hann Reserve New Clark City to Redefine Eco-Luxury and Golf in the Philippines
Hann Philippines, Inc. will open Hann Reserve in February 2026 in New Clark City, Tarlac. The 450-hectare eco-luxury golf and lifestyle community marks Hann Resorts’ biggest project to date.
Following the success of Hann Casino Resort in Clark Freeport Zone, Hann Reserve expands the brand’s commitment to build world-class destinations rooted in sustainability, education, and excellence.
Tim Neil, general manager for Hann Reserve, said the project is one of the largest integrated golf developments in the world. He emphasized that the goal is not only to create top-tier courses but also to build a lasting legacy for the Philippines.
The masterplan features four pillars under the concept “Greatness by Nature.”
Golf. Hann Reserve will feature three championship-level 18-hole courses designed by global legends. Dragons Landing by Nicklaus Design will offer mountaintop views. 6 Moons by K.J. Choi Design will highlight local trees and parkland beauty. Caverns Deep by Faldo Design will follow natural waterways and valleys.
Wellness. The resort will feature holistic leisure and rejuvenation facilities built with sustainable principles.
Education. A PGA Academy and International School will train future golf champions under the PGA of America’s global standards.
Real Estate. Hann Reserve will also include luxury villas and branded residences for those seeking bespoke living surrounded by nature.
Clement Rousseau, director of golf operations, said Hann Reserve aims to set a new benchmark in golf service by aligning with international standards across more than 10 guest touch points. IMG, a global sports management company, is supporting pre-opening training to ensure excellence from day one.
Neil added that the first two courses will be open to the public to make golf more accessible. The third course, designed by Nick Faldo, may include membership options connected to the resort’s residential component.
Sustainability is key to Hann Reserve’s vision. Director of agronomy Shaun Satterly said the courses feature water-efficient systems, eco-friendly turf, and low-impact construction. The team is working toward R&A’s Certificate of Agronomic Excellence, a global recognition of sustainable golf operations.
Currently, Hann Reserve employs 400 core staff and thousands of construction workers. Once open, it will redefine leisure in Central Luzon and push New Clark City to the global stage as a new golf and lifestyle capital.
