- Instantly pay bills without the hassles – no need to register billers! Simply enter your information and pay from wherever you are.
- BDO Pay
BDO Pay allows you to make payments with ease! Scanning to pay in stores, sending and receiving money, paying bills, and more – all from your BDO account! You won’t have to pay any fees or add money to your wallet.
All you have to do is complete the following steps:
- Download BDO Pay for free from Google Play Store, App Store, or Huawei AppGallery
- Sign up using your BDO Online Banking username and password.
- Link your BDO Credit Cards and other BDO accounts to BDO Pay.
What can I do with BDO Pay?
- Send Money for FREE to BDO accounts: Use your phone’s contacts, type in a mobile number, or copy-paste the BDO account number
- Pay your bills from the comfort of your home: No need to enroll billers- just enter your bill details and hit Pay!

Over 4,000 BDO ATMs across the country provide access to your account. Malls, department stores, hypermarts, hospitals, transportation terminals, convenience stores, fast food outlets, hotels, gasoline stations, and select corporate offices all have BDO ATMs.

BDO ATMs also has new features that allow you to:
- Withdraw via QR code: You can now withdraw using only your phone! Use your BDO Digital Banking app to generate the QR code, then use it to withdraw money from QR-enabled ATMs.
- Withdraw at selected 7-Eleven ATMs: BDO Debit Cardholders can now withdraw and check their balance for free at ATMs located in select 7-Eleven locations.
- Avoid ATM skimming: Have you ever heard of ATM skimming? BDO takes a multi-phased approach to safeguarding your account.
Note that the BDO ATM Withdrawal Limit is as follows:
- Maximum amount per day: PHP 50,000*
- Maximum amount per transaction: PHP 25,000
- Minimum amount per transaction: PHP 200

BDO now allows you to open an account without having to go to a branch! Take advantage of the benefits of a BDO account and manage it easily with Online Banking!
Instead of going to the branch, you can simply join a Zoom video call from the safety and convenience of your own home. Simply select any BDO branch as your home branch and pick up your BDO Debit Card, Passbook, or Checkbook, as well as conduct future transactions.
Here’s how to open an account online:
- Choose an account and fill out the application form
- Upload and submit the following:
- 2 valid IDs with your photo and signature.For Kabayan Savings, only 1 valid ID is required.
- Your selfie holding a valid ID with a photo and signature
- Photo of 3 signatures
- Meet a BDO representative via Zoom video call for account opening evaluation
**For foreign applicants who wish to request for language assistance, please schedule your appointment between Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 5PM.
- Fund your account within 7 days of approval to avoid account closure

- Deposit at any BDO branch. For applicants outside of the Philippines, remit via BDO Remit offices or remittance partners.

BDO has launched the #BDOAntiScam campaign in addition to its digital services. Fake emails, texts, and phone calls from people posing as BDO officers were already encountered. They request that you verify your account or provide a code (your OTP) in order to obtain a loan or a higher credit limit.
Be smarter than a scammer with #BDOAntiScam
- BDO will never ask for your username, password, and OTP.
- BDO will never send links that ask for your account information. We will only send links to share information such as card promotions.
- BDO will never ask you to verify your account.
- BDO will never ask for your credit card number and expiry date, CVV, and OTP to verify online shopping transactions.
