Innovative Repurposing
The first note-worthy thing about the Fabrika Villas is how it only opened in April of 2021 and it has already gained so much popularity. To think that only one and a half year ago the villas were non-existent and the place was a whole different establishment. They used to be an old furniture manufacturing factory, but stopped operation just about when Mt. Pinatubo erupted in early 2020.
Now, the family Bituin (the original furniture makers) with their company JB Woodworks, decided to transform the old factory into a beautiful and innovative bakasyunan for its customers made entirely out of repurposed furniture and artworks from the old factory. A wonderful concept which translated well into the Villas’ tropical aesthetic.
Furthermore, with JB Woodworks being renowned in the furniture business in Pampanga, you can also buy furniture from the place itself! All you need to do is approach the staff and ask if the furniture is for sale or if you can have it remade. What a way to showcase your products!

Showing off your vacation OOTD or your photography has never been easier because of the gorgeous scenery offered by Fabrika Villas. The old factory has an abundance in greenery and a pond running along the side of the Villas, all of which accentuates the tropical design of the place.
Unique Villas
There are many villas available for all types of visitors! Whether you are taking a solo trip, couple’s trip, a best friend’s trip, a family reunion, or even just a friend’s birthday, there is a villa suited for every occasion.
Courtyard Villas
They offers 1 courtyard villa (CV1) for larger groups. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people, costing 11,000 Php per night from Monday to Thursday and 12,000 Php on weekends.
For those travelling duos, there are 2 courtyard villas (CV2 & CV3) to choose from. Costing 6,500 Php per night from Monday to Thursday and 7,000 Php on weekends.
You also have the option to rent the whole Courtyard Villa for 22,000 Php for Monday-Thursday and 24,000 Php for Weekends accommodating for up to 12 persons.
Acacia Villas
While the Courtyard Villas showcases a more classic and sleek design, the Acacia Villas offer a different kind of style. Leaning more unto the wooden and tropical composition of its materials, the place really exudes relaxation. They offer two 1 bedroom villas (AV4 & AV5) for up to 2 people, costing 7,000 Php for weekdays and 7,500 Php for Friday-Sunday.
In addition to the Acacia Villas 4 & 5, the bed and breakfast also offers a whole new experience for its visitors with a 1 bedroom vintage camper as its Acacia Villa 6. It can accommodate up to 2 people, and costs 7,000Php for Weekdays and 7,500Php for Weekends.
Same with the Courtyard Villas, you can also rent the whole Acacia Villa for 6 people costing 22,500Php.
Delicious food and Great service
On top of being a beautiful vacation destination, the food that they serve comes from SOUQ Pampanga. Showcasing beloved Kapampangan food and other Filipino cuisines. The on-site restaurant is located in front of Fabrika Villas, open daily from 11 am to 9 pm, and catering to everyone.
