Ever had the need to take a break from the city life and experience outdoors with just nature to see? Or maybe you do live in the province and still need an alone time or a new environment to relax in? If you want to take a breather and have a vacay in a spot filled with greenery and a perfect view of nature then why not stay in a farm. The Suva Blessed Farm in Arayat, Pampanga is a staycation spot built for relaxing and having fun with all the outdoor activities they provide.

Are you a nature lover? Here are 5 reasons why the Suva Blessed Farm is a vacay haven for you:

  1. Perfect View of Mt. Arayat’s Beauty

Mt. Arayat is famous in Pampanga originally for tales of mythical creatures inhabiting it and now a well-known hiking spot that visitors from other places come to. The farm has firsthand access to its majestic view as it overlooks the lake. On calm sunny weather, Mt. Arayat rises on its own among the flat plains and the waters of the huge lake reflects its scenic height along with the clear sky. This view is clearly the top favorite of vacationers that visit the farm.

  1. Fun and Relaxing Outdoor Activities

If you are going with your friends or in a group, there are a variety of outdoor activities for you to try at Suva Blessed Farm. The first thing you would want to do as soon as you arrive is take a relaxing stroll and take in the view of the farm and its calm vibe. They have an extensive lake which you can go boating in. You can also go fishing with your friends and catch massive tilapias for just P100. You can have the fishes that you caught cooked for a sure fresh, delicious, and heavy meal.  You can go camping with the set up tents and stay overnight in the farm for a whole day vacay. The fields of cut grass are a great place to lay out a blanket, sit, and relax. You can enjoy your catch with friends on a picnic! They also have a biking area to get that heart rate up and get you active. With the scenic view of the farm, you would surely want to take pictures for the memories, feel free to do so as they allow holding photoshoots in their area.

  1. Romantic Date Place

Ran out of date ideas to go bring your partner to? We absolutely love the flowery arches with benchtops beside the farm’s lake for you and your date to share a memory in this romantic view.  The farm is filled with flowers that your date can enjoy looking at. Make sure to bring her own flowers too!

  1. Buy Fresh Farm Produce and Goods

The Suva Blessed Farm has produce of its own available to those who visit. They sell fruits and vegetables that are the freshest, tastiest, and give you enough proper nutrition. If you plan to visit the area, instead of dropping by your local market to get produce you can get (cheaply too!) with a wide selection of what is available in the farm. They also have their own goods like the most favorite special bagoong that you can pair up with Filipino dishes like Kare-Kare.

  1. Authentic Kapampangan Dishes

Nothing beats the flavors of the dishes in the “Culinary Capital of the Philippines.” Of course, the best way to experience it is to get a taste of authentic dishes made by Kapampangans. The farm has a small menu which offers the crowd’s favorite sisig, pancit guisado, kangkong w/ garlic. They have silog meals which are good for breakfast paired with coffee, hot or  cold. They also serve their farm-grown enormous tilapias that can be cooked as grilled, fried, or as a Sinigang dish.

The Suva Blessed Farm is really a relaxing paradise of nature for those in need to take a breather. It is located at the Gatiawin boundary, San Juan Baño, Vietnam Trail, Arayat, Pampanga.
