Accessible
Keeping close to the metro as much as possible, the Pad’s Tropical Villa is accessible to SM Clark with only a 2-kilometer distance and about 4 kilometers from Clark International Airport. The Pad Tropical Villa location is accessible and convenient to public vehicles like jeepneys, tricycles, and blue taxis. And when you actually get there, you won’t need to worry about parking because the house has 1 parking at the entrance, and 1-2 cars can park in the main garage.
Cozy Villas
The Pad Tropical Villa offers a 300 sqm private home at the heart of Angeles City, Pampanga. The house is newly built having finished construction only back in September of 2020, it takes on a modern contemporary design structure and is surrounded by an exclusive subdivision surrounded by commercial buildings.
It has a unique ‘U’ shape layout making the swimming pool the main attraction of the villa, which can be seen from every part of the house. The Villa itself has two storeys and upon entry, you will be greeted by the lounge area with a high ceiling and glass windows that overlook the whole house and swimming pool. In the living room, you can relax in a 3-set leather sofa. A 40 inch TV is provided for entertainment.
The Villa also contains four (4) cozy air-conditioned bedrooms for visitors and can accommodate up to 15 guests.
Fun for your friends and family!
You can even enjoy this Tropical-Esque villa with your whole family or friend group since they accept guests of up to 15 people. There are tons of stuff to do with your loved ones, like taking a swim in the center pool area which has a length of 20 Ft and a depth of 3 Ft. There are acrylic tables and chairs provided where you can chill if swimming is not your forte. (Eating and drinking inside the pool are not allowed)
Playing Basketball, Badminton, or even having an outdoor picnic under the stars in the backyard of the Villa! You can even prepare your meals within the villa itself. There are 3 cooking areas which you can use, the indoor kitchen, main kitchen, and outdoor dirty kitchen or grill area. Equipment is available as well (except utensils you have to bring your own).

- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m
- Check-out time is 12:00 p.m., Check-out beyond 12:00 p.m. shall be charged an additional P1,000/per hour and is subject to availability. Beyond 4 hours of overstay shall mean additional one-day stay and charge.
- Health Declaration Form is required – The main booker should sign the waiver. Parents with minors should also sign the waiver.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. For additional guests an extra charge of P1,000 per head is needed.
- For safety reason, towels and blanket are NOT INCLUDED.
- No parties or events and loud music.
- Your pets are allowed!
- Quiet time after 10 pm to 5:00 am
- Smoking is prohibited
