In the streets of Sto. Rosario, Angeles stands as both a bakery and cafe which has been serving cakes, pastries, desserts, breads, and meals for a year now: Edna Cakeland. With the goal to make celebrations and simple home gatherings to Filipinos more meaningful and enjoyable, the brand has been setting up shop in parts of Luzon and aims to spread nationwide. The cafe sells the best classic home-baked products for Filipino homes, creating delicious memories for them to cherish.
The original owners of the pastry shop, Mr. Herminio Gonzales and Ms. Edna Gonzales, shares the origin of their business from a simple home-baked bread that paved the way to their success. Ms. Anna Gonzales, daughter of the two, has inherited the passion of her parents upon growing up in the world of pastry and aspired to be a successful businesswoman. She now runs the most well-known pastry and coffee shop in North Luzon.

Their most recent creation in their cake section is the chocolicious Cake-A-licious. Said to be a paradise for chocolate lovers, the cake consists of two layers of mocha chiffon cake filled with their original recipe of chocolate fudge. The sweet satisfaction doesn’t stop there as the cake is topped with chocolate whipped cream with Chocolate Kisses Choc-Nut, Kit Kat, and Oreo Cookies sitting on top. They surely did not hold back from all the chocolates!
