We know some of our Kapampangans are missing the café scene throughout these periods of lockdowns and restrictions.
To put things in perspective, Kapampangans considered minimalist cafes and tambayans in city centers to be a headache. It wasn’t until Clad Cafe arrived on the scene that things started to change. I mean, who can forget Arayat, Pampanga’s first Homegrown Cafe?
The Clad Café had a mix of clean industrial and wood design, and it was the first to create this almost minimalistic trend in the area. The view from their cafe was spectacular, and it may be one of the reasons guests would want to revisit. And to add, almost all of the furniture in the café was made of wood with a Scandinavian design, and it was produced by their family business, Chrislai Furnicraft. Clad Cafe offered coffee from the Kalinga Mountains, which they strongly pride about. Because who would not want freshly brewed coffee, right?
