PSA digital civil registry service simplifies access to vital documents

Accessing civil registry documents in the Philippines just became simpler. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has introduced a digital service that allows citizens to view their birth, marriage, and death certificates online, along with CENOMAR and CENODEATH.

This new PSA digital civil registry service eliminates the long wait times and booking procedures. Users can now process their document requests entirely online through the PSA Serbilis platform. Once the request is complete, a reference code is issued. This code allows users to securely view their certificates on any device.

Online Certificates and Fees:

  • Birth Certificate — Php130
  • Marriage Certificate — Php130
  • Death Certificate — Php130
  • CENOMAR — Php185
  • CENODEATH — Php185

To complement the digital feature, the PSA has also launched DocPrint. This option gives users the ability to print their requested documents at authorized PSA Civil Registry System outlets by using their access code.

The initiative forms part of the PSA’s Civil Registry System Information Technology Project Phase 2, which focuses on digital modernization. It seeks to make essential government services faster, safer, and more accessible to Filipinos across the country.

By offering online viewing and digital printing, PSA ensures that managing vital documents fits today’s connected lifestyle.
