Breathe with Tarlac’s RDC Nature Farm and Campsite

As the prolonged lockdowns continue, Filipinos are given the chance to once again see the world through open-air venues, and al fresco dinings. Grab this opportunity as RDC Nature Farm and Campsite has all you need to eat and unwind from your hectic work-from-home schedule.

The RDC Farm and Campsite in Sitio Baag, San Jose, Tarlac, was not open to the public at first. It wasn’t until motorcyclists entered the area and took pictures of the spectacular vista that Rizal D. Dela Cruz (the guy behind the farm’s development) decided to formally offer it to the public. RDC Nature Farm and Campsite, now a part of San Jose’s stunning locations, will transport you into a soothing encounter with nature!

Here are some of the things to look forward to at RDC Nature Farm and Campsite.

Experience Nature

Are you tired of being surrounded by technology every day? You’ll be able to take a break from it here at RDC Nature Farm and Campsite!

The RDC Nature Farm and Campsite lives up to San Jose’s tagline of “Simple, Natural, San Jose!” This campsite has been informed that it will be without signal and electricity, so make use of mother nature’s gifts to the fullest. Perfect for individuals who enjoy going on nature trippings!

Nature-filled Activities

Tourists can enjoy a variety of attractions at RDC Nature Farm and Campsite, which will certainly transport them back to the heart of nature. Take a look at these photos from their Facebook page to see what you’re missing out on at the farm!

Tent pitching is allowed at their very own Campsite, however, you must bring your own tents! For only Php 80 per person and Php 150 for tent pitching, enjoy an overnight stay in nature camping.

You may also indulge in the view by renting the Kubo Room, which can accommodate up to 5 people for only Php 1,500! Don’t worry, Foams and Pillows were included in these Kubo Rooms. Keep in mind that their Kubo Rooms share a CR, so bring your bathroom needs as well.

Teepee Hut

Aside from the Kubo Rooms, they also have Teepee Huts that can house up to 10 people, making them ideal for a group excursion. You will get a private CR, a Mini Kitchen (no kitchen utensils), a portable stove, and foams with pillows for Php 2,500!

Kawa Bath

You’ll also get to take a Kawa Bath! Enjoy a relaxing Kawa Bah with a breathtaking view of RDC Farm for Php 250 every 30 minutes.

Apart from their amenities, the farm has a lot of great selfie sites! Take memorable photos in the following spots:

Breathtaking Views with Premium Coffee

Aside from its natural attractions, the campsite also features Cafetana Ph, a coffee shop that sells premium quality coffee grounds and coffee essentials supplied locally from Cordillera farmers. They’re open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. For additional information, visit their Facebook and Instagram profiles.

Cheap and Affordable Fees

The farm charges only Php20 for entry and allow visitors to take pictures in their unique photo settings.

Those who want to stay the night can pay Php 150 to set up a tent within the premises. The following are the other fees:

There also won’t be any corkage fee but the management requests tourists to take their trash as a common courtesy. Not bad for a breathtaking experience, right!

Safe and Secured

You’ll be one with nature at RDC Nature Farm and Campsite, but you won’t be infected during the ongoing pandemic.

The management ensures that tourists who are authorized to enter have the following documents: a vaccination card and/or a medical certificate from a Brgy. Health Center or a private doctor, as required by the San Jose LGU.
