The Classic Chicken Plates
Max’s Chicken, a local favorite, now offers a variety of flavorful twists on their standard chicken platters. You can choose from the Chicken Platter Meal (a quarter chicken, rice, pancit canton, a caramel bar, and your beverage of choice), the Chicken Fiesta Plate (a quarter chicken, rice, fresh lumpiang ubod, a caramel bar, and your beverage of choice), or the Best Plate (a chicken, Java rice, Lumpiang Shanghai, pancit canton, max’s tofu, corn sisig, a caramel bar, and your beverage of choice). There is a starting price of P259.
Try THE NEW Lechon Kawali Plates
Lechon Kawali Plates, a new addition to the menu, are also available. Lechon Kawali Platter Meal (Lechon Kawali, stir-fried baguio beans, rice, Pancit Canton, Caramel Bar, and a drink of your choice) and Lechon Kawali Fiesta Plate (Lechon Kawali over, stir-fried baguio beans, rice, Fresh/Fried Mini Ubod, Caramel Bar, and beverage of your choice) are both available as Lechon Kawali Plates. Each plate can be purchased for a minimum of P259.
Max’s Take on Rice Bowls
Everyone can also try one of the brand-new Rice Bowl Meals. Beef Caldereta Bowl and Beef Kare-Kare Bowl return to The Rice Bowls’ menu, along with new items like the Bacon Binagoongan Bowl (Fried breaded Bacon with slices of fried eggplants tossed in Max’s Bagoong, Served with a choice of drink) and the Sweet and Sour Bacon Bowl (Fried breaded Bacon drizzled with Max’s homemade Filipino Style sweet and sour sauce). Each meal can be purchased for as little as P189.
