The 2025 Brillo Awards spotlighted long-serving employees who have shown unwavering dedication through the years, including Senior Executive Vice President Philippe Andre Lhuillier, who was recognized for his 20 years of service. His leadership has contributed to the company’s continued growth, with a focus on collaboration, operational excellence, and service to the Filipino people.
In total, 779 KaCebuanas were recognized for their loyalty and dedication, marking service anniversaries of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years. Among the most remarkable were 87 employees who reached 30 years—a powerful testament to the company’s strong culture of purpose and belonging.
